Engaged & Mpowered was created with YOU in mind. For all of the women who "want it all" but have been told that it is impossible. We are here to help you do the work and shift your mindset to find a beautiful balance in your life of passion, purpose, and productivity. Throughout this five week course, we are going to do a deep dive into our true authentic desire, along with your specific skillset, and figure out how we can put them to use in our careers to be the most satisfied and successful versions of ourselves. 

The Agenda

In these six weeks, we will lead you through exercises of self-discovery, introduce you to new topics and ideas to ponder, provide resources to learn more on your own, then teach you how to put all of your newfound knowledge to practical use in the workplace and life.

We will be meeting each Tuesday at 12pm to 1:30pm. Our first session will begin on Tuesday, January 14 and run through Tuesday, February 18, 2025. During the two weeks before the final session and presentations, there will be one on one meetings with Ellen and Meagan.
